1. Who we are

Embroidly is operated by Wearcloverse LLP (“we”, “us”), Hanuman Temple Rd, Bharathi Nagar Krishnarajapuram, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560049, India. You can reach us at support@wearcloverse.com or 9036924011.

2. Your account

• You need an account to digitize designs. You can sign up with an email address and password or with Google.
• Give accurate details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. The service

• Uploading artwork, digitizing, editing, resizing, the sewing simulation and quality checks are free.
• You pay only to download a machine file (DST, PES, JEF or EXP). Each file is priced per download, and the price is shown before you pay.
• The simulation and previews are generated from the actual machine commands in the file, but they approximate how it will look once sewn. Fabric, stabilizer, thread, needle and machine settings all affect the result, so always test-sew before a production run.
• We may change, improve or discontinue features. Files you have paid for stay available to download as long as your account is active.

4. Your artwork and files

• You keep all rights to the artwork you upload. You may only upload artwork you own or have permission to use. Logos, trademarks and copyrighted characters usually require the rights holder’s permission, especially for commercial use.
• You allow us to store and process your artwork only to provide the service to you: digitizing it, showing previews and generating your files.
• You may use the files you download for any purpose your rights to the original artwork allow.
• We may remove content and suspend accounts in response to a valid infringement complaint.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• upload unlawful, infringing, obscene or hateful content;
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service or other users’ data;
• use automated tools to scrape the service or create accounts in bulk;
• resell access to the service without our written permission.

6. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets) and are subject to Razorpay’s terms. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• A payment is for the specific export (one design, one size, one format) shown at checkout.

7. Delivery

Files are delivered digitally. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the file is unlocked for download in your account under Exports, and you can download it again at any time. Nothing is shipped. If a paid file is not unlocked within 24 hours, contact us and we will deliver it or refund you.

9. No warranty

Every file is generated, re-read and checked before checkout, but the service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that a design will sew perfectly on every fabric or machine, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including damaged garments, fabric, thread, machine time or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the export the claim relates to.

11. Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@wearcloverse.com.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. We will tell you about important changes on the site or by email, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
